This policy explains what information Bantam Growth Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English, the same way we write everything else.
Who we are

What we collect
Business information we collect to reach out. To offer a relevant Visibility Check, we collect publicly available business details, for example a business name, website address, publicly listed business email or phone number, and public search and listing data, from public sources and third-party data providers. We use these to prepare a Visibility Check for the business and to contact the business about it.
Information you give us. When you request a Visibility Check, or reply to us, we collect the website address and email address you provide and anything else you choose to share. We use these to prepare and send your Visibility Check and to respond to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, the type of device and browser, and how people arrive. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) to measure site usage. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, and we do not use the site to track you across other websites.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking these cookies will not stop you using the site.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send a Visibility Check, whether you requested one or we reached out to offer it.
- To reply to you and, if you want it, discuss the work.
- To understand how the site performs and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. Any outreach we send is relevant to the business, and every message includes a simple way to opt out, just reply and tell us to stop and we will.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, find businesses to contact, and respond to you, for example our analytics provider (Google), our hosting and email providers, and the third-party data providers that supply public business and search information. They handle it on our behalf, and some, such as Google, may process it overseas (including in the United States). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the business details and Visibility Check information we collect only as long as we need them to prepare and discuss a Visibility Check and for our normal business records, then we remove them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to remove it, by emailing hello@bantam.app. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
